Today it's great to have Dr Marina Jovic on the podcast. Marina is an Assistant Professor at The American University of the Middle East, Kuwait. She completed her PhD studies at the University of Belgrade, Serbia on "Pragmaticalization of modal verbs could and would in English language from 1800 until present day". Since being from warn torn country, Marina has faced and has successfully overcame many challenges on her journey to Academia by being persistent and never giving up.
